These SMS Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Nauyokas Insurance Agency text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive the types of messages you have authorized under these terms.
1. Program Description
Nauyokas Insurance Agency sends text messages to prospects and customers who have provided the appropriate consent.
Depending on your selections, messages may include:
Customer service messages:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Responses to your questions and requests for assistance.
- Policy service communications and updates.
- Renewal reminders.
- Follow-up regarding information or documents needed for your requested services.
Marketing messages:
- Follow-ups on insurance quotes.
- Invitations to discuss insurance products and coverage options.
- Insurance offers and promotional communications.
Messages may be sent individually or through automated messaging technology. Consent to customer service messages does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.
2. Consent and Enrollment
Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or obtaining a quote.
We obtain consent appropriate to the messages being sent. Marketing text messages require your express written consent, which may be provided electronically through an appropriate opt-in process.
Providing your telephone number alone does not enroll you in recurring marketing messages. We send messages only within the scope of your consent.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, interactions with our agency, policy activity, and the message types you authorize.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider's standard messaging and data charges apply according to your service plan. Contact your provider with questions about those charges.
4. How to Unsubscribe
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our text messaging program.
You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After opting out, you will not receive further program messages unless you provide new consent.
You may also request removal by contacting us at jnauyokas@farmersagent.com or 317-660-1710.
Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel your insurance policy or change your policy obligations. Necessary insurance communications may continue through other permitted methods.

6. Privacy
We handle information collected through our messaging program as described in our Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information collected through our SMS program with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent.
We may provide information to service providers that help operate and deliver our messaging program, solely to support those services and subject to applicable restrictions.
7. Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider, network availability, device compatibility, and other factors. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging should not be used for emergencies or requests requiring an immediate response.
8. Changes to Your Mobile Number
If you change or relinquish your mobile number, please notify our agency or unsubscribe before giving up the number so we can update our records.
9. Insurance Coverage and Service Requests
Text messages are provided for communication and assistance. Sending a text message does not, by itself, bind, change, renew, or cancel insurance coverage.
Coverage and policy changes are subject to applicable policy terms, underwriting requirements, and confirmation by the insurer or an authorized agency representative. Do not assume a requested change has taken effect until you receive confirmation.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, passwords, driver's license images, or sensitive medical information by text. Contact our agency for an appropriate method of providing sensitive information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our messaging program or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes to these terms do not expand the scope of your existing consent. We will obtain additional consent when required before sending new types of messages.
